“Yes, gun control worked so well in Northern Ireland that it was necessary to send in combat troops to try to keep the peace. Sounds rather like what the mayor of the city in the United States with the strictest gun control in the country wants to do, doesn’t it? So I’ll agree with what you’ve proven. Putting gun control in place seems to lead directly to the requirement that combat troops be used to try to keep the peace after it’s put in place.”—Fred McCall
