From: [a--t--e] at [ix.netcom.com] (Alan L Stone) Newsgroups: rec.arts.comics.alternative Subject: The complete Eddie Campbell Date: Fri, 18 Aug 1995 04:36:54 GMT Reply-To: [a--t--e] at [ix.netcom.com] This is probably not a complete list. I started it because I am trying to track down all the appearances of Bacchus and his entourage. I used the list in the back of Eddie Campbell's Bacchus #1 (and #2). He states that it is possible to get the entire story by collecting 28 comics. I haven't figured out how yet, but maybe some fans of his can help. (which ones?) *notes from other fans* Graffiti Kitchen, a long Alec story published by Tundra (and the best Eddie C stuff I've read, and he's on of my favorites) "Rodney, the Autobigraphy of the Man Who Would Destroy the World" and "Mammy and her Evil Brood"-- two continuing comic strips done in conjunction with Phil Elliot. Very warped and kinda ameturish, but very very memorable. Also the first Eddie Campbell stuff I read. Reprinted in the US by Fnatagraphics in HONK! I think a few other one pagers and short bits also may have appeared in HONK!, featuring Professor Bean. And don't forget 'In the Days of the Ace Rock'n'Roll Club' (or something similar sounding), a semiautobiographical Alex-like tale from Fantagraphics about life as a teddy boy on the south coast of Britain.
