In the morning paper today the article had an interesting sideline about this study. 25% of the homicides they were reporting on were with knives. As if having a gun in the house will cause someone to pick up a knife and stab you. No doubt they're also including quite a few "gun owners" who also just happen to be gang-bangers on the side.
