Yes, and you could throw in 4 human corpses. I spoke with Steve Dillon the other day. (Dillon is the head of Indiana NORML and a prominent member of the state Libertarian Party.) He stated that a client of his got 30 years for cocaine possession with intent to deal at about the same time that a guy who blugeoned to death his girlfriend got 7 years. So, 1 Kg cocaine = 3 nukes = 4 murders.
