Also, please note that according to Miller-Keane's Encyclopedia & Dictionary of Medicine, Nursing & Allied Health (5th edition, 1994), cocaine is listed as having a "possible" risk of physical addiction, contrary to what you had posted (sorry I didn't respond to the original post). Psychological addiction _is_ rated as "high", as you stated.
