I would have to check my files for the exact references, but I do know they were both from 1989. They were both mentioned in Scientific American (March, 1990) article "Test Negative", Science and Citizen column. I called NIDA and asked for a copy of the utility company studies and the person on the line was able to help me find it. The JGM article was located by going to the local university library and looking through the issues for 1989. > > If you are that Rob Carlson, could you send me the exact references? > That is, which issue of JGM, and what publication by NIDA? If the above does not help, let me know and I'll try to dig it out of the mass of entropy I call a filing system. But that could take a while. The SciAm article is a good place for secondary references. I also have a reference from a Patrick Hailey ([doctor 1] at [cbnewse.cb.att.com]) who used the same cites in a post around 1992. You might also check with him for the exact references. > > If you're not that Rob Carlson, I apologize for wasting space on your > boss's mainframe :*) If my boss only knew what was being stored on the company servers :-). > > Jerry > [j--r--y] at [teetot.acusd.edu] > Rob Carlson ([r--c] at [wicat.com])
