The word "Wine" refers to both grape juice and wine. There's one word in the Bible - Tirosh - which sometimes means wine and sometimes means grape juice. It isn't used very often - about three dozen times in the whole text. The two most frequently used terms - the Hebrew Yayin and the Greek Oinos - unquestionably refer to wine and wine alone. This grape juice thing is primarily a revisionist tactic, used to make the Bible politically correct among people who think alcohol is Evil with a capital E. Rest assured that when Jesus turned the water into wine at Canum, he turned it into wine, and not Welch's. Bill : --
