Maelstrom Hobby, an RPG publishing company specializing in anime and 
manga-stylized games, is looking for several aspiring writers to ful-
fill the roll as freelancers.  We are looking for writers with the 
talent to captivate and engross the reader in sheer delight as they 
"drink in" your epic storytelling format.
 
Publications to be printed are both conventional supplements requiring 
the dissemination of static facts or rules involving the game milieu and 
those supplements with which both form and function need an extremely 
descriptive and imaginative author.
 
Product lines in need of authors:
 
"Marauder 2107"---A post-holocaust science fiction RPG based within a 
chaotic Japan filled with Nomads, Newlords, a great Citystate and 
Breeders (creatures resembling both demons and "conventional fantasy" 
monsters).  This product is currently on the store shelves in various 
locations in Australia, Canada and the US.
 
"Night Runners"--A science fiction/horror milieu based upon the popular 
anime and manga "Silent Mobius."  In a future Japan where humans wield 
technology and magic, the fight for survival is occurring between a brave 
band of warriors known as Night Runners against the seemingly 
never-ending evil from beyond space and time.
 
Prospective authors should submit a ten-page manuscript (single spaced) 
for each game system they wish to "apply."  The manuscript needs to be 
recent (produced within the past six months), unpublished, and within a 
similar vein as to those entries described above.  [Note:  Owners of 
Marauder 2107 may use any information contained within the sourcebook to 
use as reference for submitted material.]
