Decker v1.0

This font is a sans-serif, thin, Roman font. In addition to a standard character set and the option characters, it contains several special charcters, mostly various smiling faces. The « and » characters are modified to be a special form of bracket.

This font is based on one used in FASA Corporationąs Shadowrun® role-playing game products. They use a font that looks much like this one for comments added by hackers to files. The special brackets mentioned above are space saving (and better looking) variants of the >>>>>[ and ]<<<<< character combos that FASA uses.

The faces are meant to be used as emoticons, (e.g. ;-), :-(, etc.)

Decker is a type 1 font, with (admititly hideous) bitmaps in 8, 9, 10, 12, 14, 18 and 24 points. It has a normal and bold variant. Standard postscript italicizing seems to work well with both normal and bold, so I didnąt bother making special outlines for them.
