The place is borin at the moment.  CRUSH and Spirit are still havin

Anyway, here's the afternoon news!

The Slaughtered Lamb Pub in Queens county was raided this afternoon
by a team of Interpol agents claiming that a group of terrorists
suspected of the bombings on Omega Island were hiding there.  The Pub
was severely damaged by automatic weapon fire when the Interpol team
entered and demanded the surrender of the terrorists.  One burly
patron attacked the team while shouting "fraggin' cops"  and an all
out riot ensued.  The Interpol team responded by subduing the
rioters, causing thousands of NuYen in damages to the Pub.

The Interpol team had been acting on information supplied by the
Omega government.  Their action was cleared with the UCAS
government prior to the incident.  Needless to say there were no
international terrorists in the Slaughtered Lamb Pub.  Interpol
claims that they were assured of the validity of the information
supplied by Omega, and have promised to remember this when dealing
with the Omega Government in the future. <end excerpt>

But what do I discover upon my perusal of the logs of Net activity
during my absence?  Quention & Trevor have discovered my
investigations and also voice considerable suspicion regarding
their chemical plant's detonation.  Further, they have fallen just

I am not certain as how to proceed, I have not been hunted by a
MegaCorporation for some time...however, it is not my impression
that I am out of practice.  I know the less experienced would break

As to your thoughts about college.   I would tell you to go.  Both
CRUSH and I met in college, he was a physics major and I was
computer tech. Both of us went to U of S.  We fell in love within

weeks later,  He was a magic student. CRUSH had to drop out after
he Goblinized, it was just to hard on him to have his dad die and

What I am tryin to say is that college is a good growin experience,
Even though I only stayed in for a year  (runnin is more lucrative)
I will always remember it as being a fun time.   I would not suggest
going to the TIR simply from the fact that it will be that much
harder to make friends. One of the most important things about
college is learnin to meet and interact with people.

MEN - you need not worry our night out will be no different then any
other time Women get together to talk about men like in the powder
room or during a slumber party.  In fact one of our major topics will
probably be over how paranoid you men got when we mentioned us women
getting together, it was a sight to see!!!]<<<<<

danger--now that's entertainment.  Trust me, college is a wasteland

here can die at anytime, its part of the business.  There are many

I went to college for a year, but I doubt my experience is too
relevant. All I got out of it was the loss of the one person I
truly cared for to a campus race-riot, and a one-way trip into the
Shadows.   Still, Chem 107 occasionally comes in handy, when a
FireStorm would be 'insufficiently subtle'. ('Chemistry for the
non-science major'. They shoulda called it 'Chemistry for future

DOA:  you might want weight a few years before entering college.  It
is an enjoyable time ( although I spent many nights making sure
that women made it home safely without them knowing)  but it is
best savored when the other people will except you more readly. 
Young age is a stigma that is hard to get over in college.  Of

until I met CRUSH and Spirit. 

Who knows maybe i'll convince Nightfox to enter college with you.  I
think he might actually enjoy the learning experience.  Of course
Nightfox could take care of the Age problem then, he could easily
make you look older, but I do not believe that would be wise.  in
college showing who you truly are is always the best.

Do not be decieved into thinking that college is a place of corps,
it is not.  Rather the corps have there own programs.  It is more
the private shop owners of middle to lower class people that work
for minor corporations that send their children to college.  You
find many people with many different views.  You would also be
surprised at the number of runners who take it part time.  Just
please remember that you will be different and that is ok. ALso
remember that people are important at college and total segregation

necessarily the best talent pool from which to draw.  But before
anyone rails out with examples of poor professors and exceptional
tutors, let me merely state that at the ACCREDITED universities
(e.g., Texas A&M&M, MIT&T, UCLA) the opportunities and quality of
the education can be nearly unparalleled. 

And ne'er to be forgetting Fraulein DOA:  Yes, I am proud.

As to this War of the Sexes:  Ladies!  Gentlemen!  What is the
reason for this? Men and women are different, I wholly agree, but
that does not necessitate an open conflict, as such endeavors often
prove to be quite counter-productive in the long run.  Why such

innappropriate even if it is technically correct in Sierra's case) 
I hope that you are not applying the facade of the stereotypical
male to all of us.  True I will talk for days about static memory
configurations and run-time process management, butI think that if
you examine most men more closely you'll find that they are each a
distinct individual (no I do not watch urban brawl regularly, I see
more than enough of that fare just  by doing my job) as unique as
anyone else.  I hope that all of you will cease this war of the
sexes, how can anyone claim that one gender is "better" than
another when both are equally important in the larger world view.

It is my suggestion that domestic resources be used to sanction
Buzz, his allies, and his contact immediately for security

As to who said he was bragging,  from what I have heard of him, he
is being very modest about his abilities.

Hmmm,  maybe I should sell my deck design.  It probably wouldn't
work well though, it is Reality Filtered so I would have to totally
remake the MPCP.  Except for the filter it is similar to the
Fairlight in what it is capable of,  though I am working on the
next upgrade at the moment. 

As to if we should worry about the party.  From what the note said,
they are going to wait until after it.  Secondly, no one knows when
the party is so they shouldn't either.  When the time of the party is
decided, just post it to each person involved like you folks do
normally, and we shouldn't have to much problem  ( they take about
two days to crack depending on the sender, so I never bother).  If
this party falls through, Sheena plans on throwing one to welcome
Highlander back  (yes he has been back for a while now!!!).  I
personally think she just wants to have a party, can't say I blame
her, us girls in the group love parties!!!  the guys are somewhat of
