Well, here's what I found out: Kim does not work for Fuchi. No one fitting his description, genotype, or phenotype is there. Same routine-no matching descript, genotype, or phenotype. No Alphawave pattern either, though I did find a file that lists it along with a dozen others. I went to the hospital Kim supposedly "died" at. The body was allegedly signed over to an exlusive funeral service. I checked their records and according to them, the body was cremated. Looks like it's going to be a busy time for you guys. I have monitored the activity over the security cameras. There are three fewer guards, at least inside, after the 00:00:00hour shift change. I would keep in mind that considering the nature of the facility, they could have the security cams labled incorrectly in case someone like me does get in, but I doubt it. It looks like your easiest entrance is the West door, there is only one guard there during those hours. I think the camera monitors are in the first room to the left of the North entrance. Again, there is only one guard monitoring them. I have set up a little batch exec. to take down security cameras on your mark, KHANx. Let me know what time to do this (Millhaus has my wristphone #) once you have scoped the outside. If you do enter the West door, what looks like the main office is straight down the hallway, last door on left. When you enter the west door you will be in a small room with only one exit straight ahead. That opens to the hall- way I just mentioned. There are four to six guards (usually two Orks) in the hallway itself, HEAVILY ARMED. One seems to always be carrying an assualt cannon. The cannon stays with each shift change. There are two other doors to the left before the office, but no security cams in those rooms so you're on your own there. I have not seen a guard in the office. Just various Corp. type personell. No one is in the office at night. There is only one large warehouse storage room. It is entered from the two common doors to the right in the hallway. Even though there are four security cams in the warehouse room itself, there is so much activity I can only give you a guess as to the number of guards. Probably six to eleven. Also well armed but not so much as the ones in the hall. There is one door on the back wall of the main warehouse room. Couldn't tell you what's there. They are certainly paranoid or something though. They search each one of the lackeys working there on their way in and out. There is also a backup alarm set to sound when the security cameras go down. It is set up on a seperate system from the cameras, just linked to them for activation. I think (hope) I have found a way to make it beleive the cameras are still up. There are no security cams I can find, on the upstaris apartments. Also no sign of stairs or other means to get there fom indside downstairs. Could be in one of the other rooms were there are no cams but given the paranoia of these guys I doubt it. There must be a seperate entrance outside. You might want to go quitely into there first. If anyone has a maglock pass I would take it. Cams will be down on your signal. When last we heard from the wyrm, he was holed up in Yoshida's tower and DDI had just taken delivery of the old Intrepid carrier, shot to hell by German forces. DDI had also been found guilty (rather quickly and summarily, I might add) by the ZOC and given a VERY hefty fine, which was immediately suspended pending appeal. Things have been real quiet since then. Well, here's the scoop since then. Tirandor returned to New York and, as I understand, was not a happy camper regarding his nearly-destroyed boat. DDI filed suit against the German military citing that the German navy used excessive force in wresting control of the Intrepid from the pirates that had taken control. (Face it, we all KNEW that would happen.) The case is still pending, but it is expected that it will be settled out of court. To win, all Tirandor would have to prove is that other, less destructive, options were available to regain control. Punitive damages could also be awarded if DDI can show that the actions were performed specifically for the purpose of damaging DDI. The judgement by the ZOC against DDI was dismissed as DDI was able to produce valid and legal documents showing that they were hired by Omega for the purpose of providing security in exchange for cash, stocks and the availability of the space research and launching facilities and that in performing those duties, they did nothing illegal. As a side note, Omega has filed suit against Germany for what I'd expect to be just a shitload of cash. It seems that Omega was a legitimate government on the island. Originally incorporated with 79.4% of the population supporting the corporation. The whole 'freedom' movement was apparently started by a small, radical band of terrorists. If this is the case, than the act of Germany invading the island becomes a SERIOUS matter of international politics (remember, Omega was declared a national entity with no opposition until several weeks after the fact). I'd expect this suit to also be settled out of court. So, in the end, it appears that DDI will get off without a scratch (once the boat gets repaired, of course) and Germany will have to shell out HUGE bucks to DDI and Omega. Now, I know everyone on here thinks this all sucks, and I agree that it does. But I will also have a certain respect for the process. If Omega had a legal contract with the residents of the island (and there is little dispute of this), than all of the actions used to oust the Omega corporation that happened were illegal. Anyway I nailed the guy with one shot, once he was down the dog-brain drones just kept circling, trying to inform the dead rigger that someone was attacking him. Personally I think he kinda knew! Anyway I did the job properly, even the best cop will just say it was a simple gang robbery, I nicked everything that wasn't bolted down, including the drones running cover for the squat. The only evidence at all contrary is the film in the drones, and thats gone now too. By the way NodeFaerie is running a drone on the hit group, so if they don't come back here we still have a tail on them. As to what I got in the squat, there was some nice hardware, plus a hot car out the back, I've already dumped that stuff off with a fixer, we wont get that much for it, cos' after tonight it's gonna be real hot. I also picked up a fair bit of script and some certified credsticks, as well as the riggers own credstick, that too is at the fixers. There is also some disks and paper files, I've dropped them off for NodeFaerie to have a look at, see whether any of the data is relevant. By the way the rigger was a low-price local, and the drones weren't his, looks like these guys have some real heavy cred backing but few contacts in seattle, as anyone with better contacts should have had a better rigger. First, the paranoid side said, "Ah a nice trick to get a Mage to run down to see the place and get his head knocked in," So I checked the Dwarfs aura, he was telling me the up and up, as much as he thought I guessed. So i decided to head out to see this Grand site..... It was a nice area, seemed to radiate a dark power around the mountain though... So we went in, I don't know how tall you guys and gals are but personally I don't think myself as an Elf is short enough to be crawling around like a dwarf, but the thought of a pure Orichalcum pool, was enough to keep me driven.... Finally we get to the area, and there it is the pool.... I have never seen so much of the precious material in one place... There was absoluty no guards around either, this all was just a tad to good to be true... I have a thing about believing the Gods actually care that much to tell me about this sorta thing... So i took about 200 grams of the Orichalcum back home where as we speak I am running it through every test I know..... The whole point is, I am concerned when I go back that the place will be a tad more gaurded than I would like, I did put a Very Strong Barrier around the Entrances and the Pool has 2 elementals guarding it, but I think that people will go to any ends to find this mecca of Magik.....
