Scourge, well let's see, I met the man in the matrix when I discovered that
it was high time to leave my job in Germany.  He conveniently helped me
find a new home in Seattle.  I ended up doing heading a major mudslinging
campaign on a rival to a governor somewhere, and saving the election for
that governor.  It was on Scourge's request.  I got paid decently, but I
was still ducking some consequences for some time afterwards.

As far as I know, he is a music lover and a strategist by nature.  Likes to
eat well.  Dresses like a corporate shark, but you probably already new
that.  He embraces what he believes justice to mean.  Rumor has it that
before he ended up at Ares, he was known as Justice.  Don't know whether
that is true or not though.

Let's see. . . as far as other things that I can dredge up . . . I haven't
seen him betray anyone he has hired.  I haven't seen him backstab a friend
. . . but yet I know for a fact that his corporation currently comes before
his friends do.  Sometimes the priorities change, but it is often for a
brief span before it shifts back again.  I think Pittsburgh and Japan were
the most recent shifts that we have seen.  You would have to pour hunt back
through the "past times" to see his trend in hiring.  I don't have access
to it at the moment.

Probably the only thing that is making me uneasy is the fact that he forgot
about DragonEyes for a while, and then suddenly remembered.  I believe the
following people might know things of interest (and I only bothered to list
the people that are reachable):

Nightmare, Kor, and Sprinkler (I might be reaching on that one).  Everyone
else I can think of, isn't really available.

This is what usually happens:  I call the office and I say "I have found someone
that I really would like to put on staff".  Personel Resources usually gets
really flustered saying "You cannot just go out and hire every Thom, Dick and
Harry you meet on the street.  There are forms and paper work that need to
be dealt with.  If you want me to do my job, let me do it  --  I have to
test, interview, and retest and reinterview applicants.  Its not like it
was when you first started this company ... (at this point I usually put
down the phone and get a drink of water)...".  What all this comes down to
is that unless I beg and plead with PR they wont just hire someone.  In
this case I routed it through Trixie and asked her to tell PR SHE found
someone and had already hired them and wants the paper work written up ASAP.

Its faster that way.  The insurance works out, the medical coverage works
out, and everyone is happy (and I dont have to fight with my own employees
to get something done.  One would think that "boss" meant something around
here but it doesnt.  It means I get paid the most and have a cooshy office
that I spend 45 minutes a month in (Monthly board meetings).

I suspect that most of the paper work will be ready to go shortly.  I asked
Trixie to get ahold of you for whatever information she needs about the
boy.

evaluation with some asshole name Ivan VonScratchenSniff or some such drek.
How did you anser the question involving your partner being shot and the perp
turning the weapon on you?  I answered as always  "I power up a pneumatic punch
and I slam the perp into tomorrow.  Then advance to my partner for magical
treatment and curing.  If I cant get him back, I power up another PP on the
perp and I continue until either HE is dead or my backup has pulled me off of
him."

That answer ALWAYS makes the shrink squirm in his seat. "How could you be so
cruel?  You are supposed to apprehend the suspect and bring him in for
questioning..."  Yeah, so my partner goes down, this freak gets off in time

Friday I have to go down to see Frypp Sec's new simulator and make sure
that everything is actually operational before we open it up.  Not too
long after that, I have to start training his people in on its use.

I dont know what type of deal we cut with them but that was the fastest a
site has EVERY gone up.  3 months from the cutting of the paper work to
having it up and operational.  I hear the builders got something like
time and a half from start to finish with bonuses for completion before
deadline.

If Jason has anything to do with it I can believe it.  Did I ever tell you
about some of the 'incentives' he gave us when we started working on this
project?  Baby, let me tell you.  We complained about spending long hours
working and not having anything good in the vending machines so he removed
all of the nuke-it burgers and drek and replaced them all with coupons for
random resturants.  There was the Gracie's special, the pizza shack special
and a ton of other things.  All we had to do was call them up and they would
send over food.  He said he went to all the local eating places and
asked the managers / owners if he could open a corporate account with them
whoever said yes, he went with.  I miss the old days of working here.  Back
when everything was really simple.  We came in for days at a stretch and
played around.  I couldnt even call it work.  Hell, for the longest time we
had a half-tube for skate boarding in the back of what is now the
production office.  We kept chasing off the construction crew every time
they came in to take it away.
