BARBECUED CATFISH 6 small catfish fillets ¼ cup catsup 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp sugar ⅛ tsp paprika ¼ tsp salt ½ cup salad oil ¼ tsp pepper ¼ cup vinegar Blend all ingredients except catfish. Brush onto the fish fillets and cook on a well-greased grill 3 to 4 inches from hot coals for about 5 minutes per side, brushing frequently with sauce.
