CHEESE-RICE SQUARES 3 cups cooked rice ½ tbsp seasoned salt 4 oz sharp cheddar, shredded 3 beaten eggs ⅙ cup dried parsley 1-½ cups milk ¼ cup minced onion 1 tsp Worcestershire 1 tsp salt Mix the rice, cheese, parsley, onion, and salts. Beat the eggs, milk, and Worcestershire sauce together and mix with the rice. Pour into a greased 8x8 baking dish. Bake for 40-45 minutes at 325°, until just set. Cut in squares.
