LEMON BARBECUED CHICKEN CHICKEN BARBECUE SAUCE ½ cup butter ¼ cup cooking oil 2-½ lb chicken pieces ½ cup lemon juice 1 cup flour 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tsp salt 2 tbsp minced onion 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp salt Melt butter in a shallow baking dish while preheating oven to 400°. Mix flour, salt, and pepper; coat chicken pieces in it. Place skin side down in one layer in dish. Bake 30 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the oil, lemon juice, garlic, onion, and salt.
