MARINATED MUSHROOMS 16 oz whole mushrooms 2 tbsp Worcestershire 2 cloves garlic, chopped 1 tsp salt 2 cups red wine 1 tsp pepper ½ cup salad oil 1 tsp dry mustard ¼ cup vinegar 1 tsp MSG ¼ cup lemon juice Place mushrooms in a large jar. Mix together the wine, oil, vinegar, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in the salt, pepper, mustard, and MSG. Pour over mushrooms, cover, and store in refrigerator for two or three days.
