EASY BAKED TOMATOES 1 medium tomato a pinch of pepper ⅛ tsp salt ½ tbsp butter Clean one tomato per person. Cut the stem end out of each tomato, leaving a small indentation. Sprinkle the salt and pepper into this opening and then top with the butter. Place the tomato(es) in a baking dish and bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes.
