From: [d j schultz 1] at [aol.com] (DJSchultz1) Newsgroups: talk.politics.guns Subject: Weaver Justice Alliance Date: 6 Apr 1995 03:49:06 -0400 The Weaver Justice Alliance, a coalition of individuals wishing to see justice served, has contributed time, money and effort to place radio advertisements on four radio stations in Boundary County, Idaho. The ads call on Boundary County citizens to call or write the Prosecuting Attorney of Boundary County to ask why the prosecutor has not brought murder charges against the federal government assassins who murdered Randy Weaver's wife and son on Ruby Ridge in August, 1992. The radio ad began running on March 27, 1995 and will continue to run for several weeks. More ads will be run if donations are received. All donations to the Weaver Justice Alliance will be used to fund additional radio ads and for other activities associated with a possible recall of the County Prosecutor, Randall Day. The radio ads were preceded by letters to the U.S. Dept. of Justice requesting prosecution of the federal assassins. The U.S. government did not file murder charges against the assassin. Attempts were then made, by letters and phone calls, to have the Prosecuting Attorney, Randall Day, provide an explanation as to why he had not brought murder charges against the assassins. These inquiries were ignored. Only then were the radio ads produced and broadcast. The ads have been running, ten per day, on KBFI AM, KPND FM, KSPT AM and KSPT FM. Randall Day may be reached at: Boundary County Prosecuting Attorney P.O. Box 1148 Bonners Ferry, Idaho 83805 (208) 267-7545 fax: (208) 267-5284 The Weaver Justice Alliance may be reached at: P.O.
