We had a similar case here in Massachusetts. The Boston pigs busted a
guy for sterile seed. Then they tested them and found THC in the
residue on the seeds. And they sprouted them, and sterile seeds do
sprout. Then they busted his lawyer for seed.

In the end though the DEA informed the Boston pigs that sterile seeds
are legal. And it was discoved that sterile seed will not grow although
some will sprout to the size of a comma.
