A 12-issue subscription is $30 E-mail or $50 paper. Some folks are getting Duples -- both E-mail (for ease of use & printout) and paper versions; that's $7.50 for 1 issue, $75 for 12. Electronic (Emag) subscriptions are available only for patrons of the America Online or GEnie networks, since our interface is limited to those areas, and their Gateways don't permit sending attached files as yet. (Later this year, maybe.) The E-mag format is ASCII textfiles with full IBM PC-compatible formatting (CR/Linefeed setup), plus a GIF (Graphic Interchange Format) file of the cover, all in PKZIP compression. Tab characters are used for charts & tables; as the tab settings revert to your textfile reader's default, you are encouraged to reset tab positions to match the contents. For any subscription, you may, if you wish, pay half down ($15 Email, $25 paper, $37.50 duple) and the other half by the time you get your fifth issue. Send to: Trigee Enterprises Corp. Franklin Mentzer Author Primus: E. Gary Gygax GENERAL INDEX, Issues 1-6 (9/93 through 2/94) Notes Although the text contents of the Electronic version (Emag) and paper version are identical, they differs in two principal respects. The Emag includes a black & white GIF file of the original cover, but no other artwork (at that GIF is at 72 dpi, notably reducing both download time and quality); and the paper version is fully formatted for publication, using various ornamental fonts and precise tablature.
