The Multi-Player Games Network is happy to announce the re-opening of
the MPG-Net Gaming Archive at FTP.MPGN.COM We are equally happy to
announce that TSR Inc. has granted us an exclusive license for the
distribution of user designed gaming materials for use with Advanced
Dungeons and Dragons and other TSR gaming products.

This means that the same great files that were present on the archive
are still present, including the ever-popular Net Books.

During our downtime, we took the liberty of reorganizing the archive
into something a little less chaotic.  Everything is now archived by
the gaming system under the "/Gaming" directory.  We are still in the
process of cleaning up the dusty corners of the archive, so please
don't be alarmed if files are moved or deleted on occasion.

The archive is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except during
occasional maintenance periods.  We encourage you to access the site
during our off peak hours, which are 6AM EDT (1000 UTC) to 5PM EDT
(2100 UTC).  Please download and read the README file when you first
connect.

This archive is very dependent on uploads.  Submissions are more than
welcome, provided that they are legal and appropriate to the types of
files we archive.  We are also changing our submission policy
slightly.  There is now a submission form that must be filled out with
each submission (conveniently located in the "/incoming" directory as
"template.sub").  Please take time to look over this form before
making a submission.  The file README.SUBMISSIONS in the root
directory of the archive contains a more thorough explanation of the
submission process as well as offering a few guidelines.  Please read
this file before uploading a submission, as there are certain
specifics that must be met before a submission can be accepted.

Any submission that is for AD&D or any other TSR product must include
a disclaimer, either in the document, or in the case of a program, on
the title screen or in the programs "About" box.  Please download the
file DISCLAIMER.TSR and read it, before insertion into your
submission.

MPG-Net is a company dedicated to gaming.  We have online,
multi-player games, forums, and conference rooms.  The Gaming archive
is MPG-Net's contribution to the Internet community.
