Cyber 3.0, a computer character generator for the CyberPunk 2.0.2.0. rpg
is available for anonymous FTP at wais.com, in the /pub/games/cyberpunk
directory.  If wais.com is unreachable, post on rec.games.frp.cyber.

Features:
	Available for Amiga or MS-DOS computers.  ANSI C source compiles
	  on all UNIX/Clones encountered, and is available from the author.
	Enter or roll stats or total charcter points.
	Long or short skill names selected "on the fly," and output.
	All optional character classes from suppliments and InterFace
	  Magazine have been implemented (45 in all).
	All optional skills from suppliments and InterFace Magazine have
	  been implemented (159 in all).
	Skills are cross-referenced with applicable character stat.
	Pickup skills, lifepath generation, and starting funds generated.
	Psi powers, Vampires, Were-wolves, and Inquisitor Predators have
	  been implemented from the Night's Edge suppliment.

Included:
	Separate lifepath generation program, LifePath.exe, for use with
	  existing characters or those who refuse to give up their dice.
