Balmooa ParkBalmooa Park is the cultural center of Valhalla. The Jetson-style Valhalla Museum of Networking and Information is at the north end of the park, the Valhalla Civil Liberties Center pylon rises into the sky to the northeast, and the Spanish villa headquarters of MOO Local #192.55.87.211 lie to the east. There is a statue of a large cow with a coy pond around it in the center of the park.
