I’d suggest Massachusetts would do better to try a little education, maybe starting with what a stop sign means and why you shouldn’t drive at 60 MPH in breakdown lanes and that at least once a month perhaps you should use your turn signals because hey what the heck you paid for them. Then they can work their way down to things like using safety equipment such as seat belts. — Barry Shein
