Go to a party. There’s the guy over in that corner that is absolutely raging drunk, and that guy is somebody you’ve got to stay away from. He’s being obnoxious. He’s going to do harm, and you certainly don’t get in the car with that guy… Turn our head over to the other side and there’s the guy that’s had too much marijuana to smoke, and the only damage he’s going to do is to a bag of potato chips.
